*To become a State Theatre Restaurant Partner, please choose the $500 option in the drop-down menu below and click the “ADD TO CART” button. If you would like to purchase any add-ons to your seasonal benefits, click the appropriate add-on amount in the drop-down menu and click “ADD TO CART.” Please do this for every add-on benefit you would like to purchase. Please include which add-ons you are purchasing the COMMENTS box (which appears before you finalize your order (under shipping)).
Example:
I have added my $500 Restaurant Program fee to my cart. I want to add one additional E-Blast and one Story Set to my benefits for the season. I will click the drop-down menu and select the $100 option and then the “ADD TO CART” button. I will then select the $50 option in the drop-down menu and click “ADD TO CART.” My card should have three items in it at this time. I will then click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.” In the shipping section, I will write “E-Blast Add-On and Story Set Add On” in the comments box.

Should you wish to become a State Theatre Restaurant Partner or renew your Restaurant Program Partnership, please submit THIS FORM and your payment by Monday, August 5th at 10 AM. To be included on the Restaurant Program flyer and box office poster, we must receive your information and confirmation by this date. You can choose to become a State Theatre Restaurant Partner any time after this date, however, we cannot guarantee inclusion in all marketing materials, nor the execution of all Restaurant Program benefits if these materials are received after August 5th. Regardless of when you become a Restaurant Partner, your partnership will end on August 4th, 2025.
